2021 A Painting Under the influence of the Plume du Nord

A Painting Under the Influence of the Northern Feather is a collaborative video project created with award-winning poet and former Edmonton poet laureate Pierrette Requier. The work captures a dialogue between poetry and visual art, where one discipline responds intuitively to the other. Filmed between Calgary and Edmonton, the video blends live painting with a spoken-word performance.

This piece was produced by RAFA (Regroupement artistique francophone de l’Alberta) and has been officially accepted into the permanent collection of the Provincial Archives of Alberta.
