New Exhibition: Evolution of the Devenir Collective

The Devenir Collective, the first group of professional French-speaking visual artists in Alberta, presents Evolution, an exhibition tracing nearly a decade of individual and collective artistic exploration. Made up of Doris Charest, Karen Blanchet, Patricia Lortie, Virginie Rainville, and Sabine Lecorre-Moore, the collective showcases up to 30 works — including paintings, mixed media, and textile installations — that reflect the deep transformations in their artistic practices. Rooted in collaboration, experimentation, and shared exhibitions, these works highlight the vitality of Francophone artistic innovation in Alberta.
